Why we built it
Digital Home Manual was born from two friends solving two different problems around home ownership.
Todd wanted a single place to keep his home's most important documents, receipts, contacts, reminders, room decor and resources, accessible from anywhere in the world. Kerry wanted an easy way to visually document the contents of her home, so everything stayed organized and accessible for peace of mind while traveling on business. Simple video and photo uploads, in case of an insurance claim.
Digital Home Manual was the solution. A simple, intuitive way to organize, protect, and manage everything that matters to you about your home. Always accessible, on all your devices, and in the palm of your hand when you travel.

Todd Anthony
Todd Anthony is an award-winning interior designer with more than 38 years of experience creating exceptional residential, commercial, and specialty projects across the United States. As founder of Todd Anthony Design, he has led projects ranging from the restoration of historic homes and coastal estates to luxury condominiums, private yachts, beachfront residences, and high-end commercial developments.
Throughout his career, Todd has become known not only for designing beautiful spaces, but for understanding every detail that goes into building, maintaining, and operating a home. His work has required coordinating architects, builders, tradespeople, vendors, manufacturers, warranties, maintenance schedules, finish selections, and countless documents that homeowners often struggle to organize long after a project is complete.
It was through decades of witnessing this challenge firsthand that the concept for Digital Home Manual (DHM) was born.
As an interior designer, Todd repeatedly saw homeowners searching for paint colors, appliance manuals, warranty information, maintenance records, contractor contacts, and critical home documents, often when they needed them most. He recognized that while homes have become increasingly sophisticated, the systems for managing them had not kept pace.
Drawing on nearly four decades of experience in design, construction, and home management, Todd co-founded Digital Home Manual to provide homeowners with a simple, centralized platform to organize, protect, and access every important aspect of their property. DHM transforms the way homeowners manage their homes by bringing together documents, maintenance schedules, equipment information, contacts, materials, and records in one secure and accessible location.
Rooted in his New England upbringing, Todd has always believed that great design should improve the way people live. Digital Home Manual is a natural extension of that philosophy, helping homeowners enjoy greater peace of mind, protect their investment, and simplify the ownership experience long after construction and design are complete.
Today, Todd continues to lead Todd Anthony Design while helping guide the vision of Digital Home Manual, combining his passion for design, organization, and innovation to create better living experiences for homeowners everywhere.

Kerry David
Kerry David is an award-winning filmmaker, philanthropist, and serial entrepreneur with a 25-year history of building organizations, digital platforms, and complex ventures from the ground up, spanning entertainment, technology, humanitarian development, and wildlife conservation. AI builds are an extension of these passions.
Her career began at Paramount Pictures, followed by three years working with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman on their multimillion-dollar productions. She later launched her own production company, where she now writes, produces, and directs award-winning feature films and documentaries. All projects that require budget coordination, legal agreements, IP management, and delivery across multiple stakeholders. Recognizing early how technology could organize knowledge and connect communities, she founded IndieProducer, one of the first online educational and social platforms for independent filmmakers, growing it from ten founding members to more than 86,000 subscribers across 130 countries, before a successful exit.
Kerry has applied that same discipline for all her ventures; identify what's valuable, organize what's complex, build the systems to protect, manage, fund, and scale it, well beyond film. She served as CEO and CFO building a Musical Village for Orphans in Ghana, west Africa, overseeing financing, land negotiations, design, construction and staffing. She next founded OverandAboveAfrica.com, a global platform to protect endangered species and support the communities they impact in Africa. Now in its 10th year, O&AA recently celebrated the opening of a state-of-the-art wildlife rehabilitation center in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
Digital Home Manual is Kerry's fourth app venture. She applied the same thought and discipline to building the app as she did with all her ambitious projects. Understanding that homeowners and renters alike, all manage fragmented records of home contracts, receipts, resources, warranties, manuals, swatches, vision boards and possessions. Digital Home Manual ensures nothing important is ever lost to memory, and will always be available for reference, whenever needed.
