Why we built it
For best friends, Todd Anthony and Kerry David, creating Digital Home Manual was the solution to two separate pain points. Todd wanted to have all his home’s most important documents, contacts, reminders and resources all in one place, wherever he was in the world.
For Kerry it was the convenience of visually capturing all the contents of her home and storage facilities, keeping them well documented and readily accessible for peace of mind while traveling for business or pleasure.
The result is Digital Home Manual. A simple, intuitive solution for organizing, protecting, and managing everything important connected to your home.

Todd Anthony
Todd Anthony is an award-winning interior designer with more than 38 years of experience creating exceptional residential, commercial, and specialty projects across the United States. As founder of Todd Anthony Design, he has led projects ranging from the restoration of historic homes and coastal estates to luxury condominiums, private yachts, beachfront residences, and high-end commercial developments.
Throughout his career, Todd has become known not only for designing beautiful spaces, but for understanding every detail that goes into building, maintaining, and operating a home. His work has required coordinating architects, builders, tradespeople, vendors, manufacturers, warranties, maintenance schedules, finish selections, and countless documents that homeowners often struggle to organize long after a project is complete.
It was through decades of witnessing this challenge firsthand that the concept for Digital Home Manual (DHM) was born.
As an interior designer, Todd repeatedly saw homeowners searching for paint colors, appliance manuals, warranty information, maintenance records, contractor contacts, and critical home documents, often when they needed them most. He recognized that while homes have become increasingly sophisticated, the systems for managing them had not kept pace.
Drawing on nearly four decades of experience in design, construction, and home management, Todd co-founded Digital Home Manual to provide homeowners with a simple, centralized platform to organize, protect, and access every important aspect of their property. DHM transforms the way homeowners manage their homes by bringing together documents, maintenance schedules, equipment information, contacts, materials, and records in one secure and accessible location.
Rooted in his New England upbringing, Todd has always believed that great design should improve the way people live. Digital Home Manual is a natural extension of that philosophy, helping homeowners enjoy greater peace of mind, protect their investment, and simplify the ownership experience long after construction and design are complete.
Today, Todd continues to lead Todd Anthony Design while helping guide the vision of Digital Home Manual, combining his passion for design, organization, and innovation to create better living experiences for homeowners everywhere.

Kerry David
Kerry is an award-winning filmmaker, philanthropist, and serial entrepreneur with a thirty-year record of building organizations, digital platforms, and complex ventures from the ground up. Across entertainment, technology, humanitarian development, and wildlife conservation, she has consistently turned ambitious ideas into structured, scalable enterprises.
Her career began at Paramount Pictures, and continued on with three years working for Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman on multimillion-dollar projects. She started her own production company and now, writes, produces, and directs multiple award-winning films and documentaries, distributed by HBO, MGM, Lionsgate Films, 20th Century Fox, Apple, Amazon, Roku, Lifetime, and Hallmark, each demanding budget coordination, agreements, intellectual property, records, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Recognizing early how technology could organize knowledge and connect communities, Kerry founded IndieProducer, one of the first online social platforms for independent filmmakers. She grew it from ten founding members to more than 86,000 across 130 countries before successfully exiting.
Kerry also served as CEO and CFO of a a "Musical Village for Orphans," in Ghana, overseeing the financing, land negotiations, design, and construction. She later founded Over and Above Africa, a 501(c)(3) supporting wildlife conservation and community projects throughout Africa. Now in its 10th year, they successfully raised funds to build and open, a state-of-the-art wildlife rehabilitation center in South Africa.
Across each venture, Kerry has applied the same discipline: identify what is valuable, organize what is complex, and build the systems required to protect, manage, fund and scale it.
Digital Home Manual, Kerry's fourth app venture, applies that same discipline to the home, shaped by a hard personal lesson. Like many filmmakers who work away from home for weeks at a time, the risk of fire, flooding, earthquakes, or theft is an ever-present reality. A filmmaker friend of Kerry’s, while on location in Canada, received word that his home had been targeted by thieves. The insurance claim was eventually settled, but for months afterward, he found himself remembering other items of value that had been taken. He couldn't claim what he couldn't remember, or prove, he had owned. Had DHM existed, just one of its many features would have eased an otherwise stressful situation: the ability to film, photograph and securely store, a record of every item of value in his home, so that regardless of the unfortunate event, everything would have been thoroughly documented and available for consideration by the insurers.
Homeowners and renters manage a fragmented record of contracts, warranties, manuals, visuals, maintenance history, materials, possessions, and critical documents. Kerry leads Digital Home Manual's technology development, build, and strategic direction, bringing a proven record of successful platforms and a passion for AI and its ability to partner in solving operational problems at scale.
